What is Christmas Missions Offering?
CMO is the Shores Christmas tradition! Each year, we receive a special offering in December to build God’s Kingdom both locally and globally!

How will CMO Funds be used this year?
Our goal is to raise $4000. Half of this will be used to send orphans in Mexico to Summer Camp where they’ll have a special opportunity to experience the joy of childhood and the presence of God. The other half will be used to continue the ministry of our Drive-Up Dinners, our twice-monthly free dinner for the community. Keep reading to learn more about these valuable ministries.

About Summer Camp & FFHM
Foundation For His Ministry’s reach is extensive. Located in Baja, Mexico, their ministry includes three homes for orphaned, abandoned and abused children, as well as Christian education for local kids, daycare for families in need, transitional housing for young adults, recovery housing for men coming out of addiction, prison and other difficult situations, not to mention ministries serving migrant camps and unreached people groups.
We love partnering with FFHM to send kids to summer camp. Children from difficult backgrounds are often forced to grow up “faster” than peers from more privileged backgrounds. Summer Camp is an opportunity to get away from the everyday challenges of their lives, spend special time with Jesus and those who love Him, and play like kids!
Summer camp costs $75 per child. If we meet our offering goal, we’ll be able to send 26 kids to camp!
Drive-Up Dinners
About Shores Fellowship’s Drive Up Dinner
For the last year and a half, Shores Fellowship has had the honor of serving a twice-monthly free dinner to our community. What began as an opportunity for us to simply practice serving the community became a valuable ministry deeply appreciated by the community.
Anybody who wants or needs a hot, home-cooked meal can drop by on Drive-Up Dinner nights, be warmly welcomed, prayed for (if they want!), and leave with delicious dinner, ready to eat.
Each month we serve more than 350 meals. Each dinner event costs approximately $500 as we prepare for 200 people, and we’ve been very blessed to receive offerings outside our General Fund to support this ministry. If we meet our CMO goal, we’ll cover the cost of 4 more dinner events!
